Dear customer,

We are conducting a Technical Maintenance on December 1st, from 4:00 am to 5:30 am (Paris time).

During this time, all our services will be unavailable, including SEPA (Credit, Debit, INST), Card, KYC, Liveness, and Acquisition (Card, Cheque). No webhooks will be sent until the maintenance is complete.

We will provide further announcements on the day to communicate the start and successful completion of the maintenance.

In case of an emergency, please open a ticket in our Zendesk tool with the subject: Quaterly Technical Maintenance 01/12/24, and set it to high priority.
