On October 8, an incident impacted beneficiary creation, resulting in HTTP 5XX errors and preventing users from creating new beneficiaries.

The issue was caused by a configuration error related to architecture.
The issue was resolved by updating the configuration.

The service was fully restored at 16:05, and beneficiary creation has been operating normally since then.
