Dear Customers,

Earlier today, we experienced an incident affecting the onboarding of legal entities (business customers) and the creation of new wallets. This caused delays and, in some cases, temporary inability to complete onboarding or open new wallets.

The issue has now been fully resolved, and all services are operating normally.


All pending onboarding and wallet creation requests are being reprocessed, and normal processing times have been restored.
All services related to business onboarding and wallet creation are fully operational. We continue to monitor the system to ensure stability.
