Dear customer,
We would like to inform you that the quarterly maintenance initially scheduled for September 28 has been postponed to October 5, as the required resources are not available on the original date.
During this time, all our services will be unavailable, including SEPA (Credit, Debit, INST), Card, KYC, Liveness, and Acquisition (Card, Cheque). No webhooks will be sent until the maintenance is complete.
This operation is expected to last 1h30.
We will provide further announcements on the day to communicate the start and successful completion of the maintenance.
In case of an emergency, please open a ticket in our Zendesk tool with the subject: Technical Maintenance 09/28/25, and set it to high priority.
