During this time, all our services will be unavailable, including SEPA (Credit, Debit, INST), Card, KYC, Liveness, and Acquisition (Card, Cheque). No webhooks will be sent until the maintenance is complete.

This operation is expected to last 1h30.

We will provide further announcements on the day to communicate the start and successful completion of the maintenance.

In case of an emergency, please open a ticket in our Zendesk tool with the subject: Technical Maintenance 12/07/2025, and set it to high priority.

Resolved - Dear customers,

Between 10:30 am and 11:15 am, our BaaS endpoints experienced a service interruption that temporarily prevented the proper processing of API requests. During this period, operations may have failed.

Our teams identified the cause and applied the necessary remediation, restoring the service at 11:15 CET. All endpoints are now fully operational, ans no further impact is observed.

We will continue to closely monitor the platform to ensure stability.
